Our Company operates a client-friendly vehicle rental and leasing service which supplies private, commercial vehicles and industrial machinery employing over 60 personnel.

We are currently looking for a Full time Junior Clerk to join our growing team.


Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Checking invoices, updating and posting of purchases
  • Follow-up pending issues
  • Posting transactions into the accounting system
  • Perform general accounting duties.
  • Data entry and other clerical work


The ideal candidate should:

  • Be accurate and pay attention to detail
  • Be Computer Literate
  • Be Highly organised
  • Have an O Level standard of education with an O’level in Accounts
  • Have good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Maltese
  • Be Flexible with their work schedule, to meet the needs of the business.

Experience working in a similar role will be considered an asset
