Our Company operates a client-friendly vehicle rental and leasing service which supplies private, commercial vehicles and industrial machinery employing over 60 personnel.
We are currently looking for a Full time Junior Clerk to join our growing team.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Checking invoices, updating and posting of purchases
- Follow-up pending issues
- Posting transactions into the accounting system
- Perform general accounting duties.
- Data entry and other clerical work
The ideal candidate should:
- Be accurate and pay attention to detail
- Be Computer Literate
- Be Highly organised
- Have an O Level standard of education with an O’level in Accounts
- Have good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Maltese
- Be Flexible with their work schedule, to meet the needs of the business.
Experience working in a similar role will be considered an asset
