Our Company offers rental services for all types of private and commercial vehicles.
We are currently looking for a Full-time Vehicle Rental Clerk to join our team.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and provide information about our services
- Assist and handle clients’ and prospective clients’ queries, via telephone or email
- Handling cash and issuing invoices
- Filing and other administrative duties
- Any other tasks that may arise, assigned by the manager.
The ideal candidate should:
- Be Customer Oriented
- Be Computer Literate
- Be Highly organised
- Have an O Level standard of education
- Have good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Maltese
- Be Flexible with their work schedule, to meet the needs of the business.
Experience working in a similar environment, will be considered an asset, however on-the-job training will be provided.
